WE ARE HIRING TELECALLER

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
• Explain products, services, offers, and company policies.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Provide regular reports on calling activities and results.

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Ability to communicate in English and/or Tamil.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous telecalling or customer-service experience is an advantage.
• Freshers can also apply, depending on the company requirements.
