We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to lead, guide, and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, monitoring team performance, ensuring productivity, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Team Management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in team management, operations, customer service, sales, or a related role.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
