We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.
• Build data pipelines and automate data processing workflows.
• Create dashboards and reports using visualization tools.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Validate model performance and continuously improve accuracy.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.

• Strong knowledge of Python or R programming.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Knowledge of statistics and probability.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI is an added advantage.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
