• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings, interviews, and discussions to understand business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Identify gaps between current processes and desired outcomes.

Process Analysis & Improvement

• Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend practical and cost-effective solutions.
• Develop process maps, flowcharts, and business models.
• Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Freshers with strong analytical skills, relevant certifications, or academic projects may also apply.
