We are hiring HR Officer is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, leave management, HR documentation, onboarding, and compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations. The HR Officer also provides support to management and employees on HR-related matters.

• Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and selection processes.
• Prepare appointment letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and staff movements.
• Support payroll preparation and provide accurate HR information.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Assist with performance appraisals and employee development programs.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
• Support employee engagement, welfare, and training activities.
• Assist management with other HR-related duties as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and labour regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.
